Ever feeling down and a nap just isn't cutting it?


I encourage you all to visit my friend's site: My Day's Been! It's a motivational site where people can share their day's stories and comment on other stories offering words of advice. If you don't feel like posting anything specific, you can just say whether or not your day was bad by clicking "raise".

I know this isn't really about napping but the site can still be helpful! Even if you're having a good day, you can pay it forward and make other people smile.
